Travel Revenue Manager


  • The Revenue Manager is responsible for improving & maintaining market competitiveness and optimizing revenue with online products and offers.
  • Serve as the revenue analyst, responsible for defining and implementing revenue management strategy for vacation packages, hotel and ancillary offers.
  • Develop revenue management and channel optimization analysis
  • Responsible for facilitating pricing, margin and sort optimization decisions to maximize revenue in key markets.
  • Share insights and gain buy-in to recommendations for revenue and profitability improvement based on critical analysis of pricing & distribution strategies and tactics.
  • Manage markups for stand-alone and packaged product
  • Perform detailed data analyses to identify new revenue management opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative financial skills with solid modeling and presentation skills
  • Expert level knowledge of property level pricing and revenue management “leading practices”, processes, methodologies, current and emerging technologies required. Strong operational understanding of hotel level operations, sales and support functions.

Site Merchandising & Promotion Manager

The Site Merchandising & Promotion Manager develops and implements promotional programs, and seasonal campaigns to support marketing strategies and goals. Work closely with marketing, supply and revenue management to create unique and effective promotional & merchandising strategies and merchandising that support all marketing channels.


  • Develop and execute the strategy for all branded site, social and mobile promotions, optimizing continually for order conversion impact, market performance
  • Lead and develop analysis of key promotions and initiatives to improve performance against financial goals
  • Work with marketing and U/X teams to develop multivariate and A/B testing of all promotional activities
  • Support the marketing team in the creation of its promotional and merchandising calendars
  • Maintain the promotional calendars, ensuring all relevant promotion details are available and up to date for our stakeholders to leverage
  • Work with marketing team, be responsible for execution of promotional campaigns in all channels, including email and social
  • Work closely with the hotel supply team to ensure good deal coverage for promotions
  • Work with non-supplier third-parties to build differentiated and effective cross-channel promotions
  • Help develop and measure lifestyle-branded evergreen promotions
  • Build comprehensive creative briefs to be sent to supply, promotional agencies and others for consistency in coordination
  • Work with revenue management and supply to monitor competitive pricing and promotion, identify merchandising opportunities and coordinate their execution
  • Work with Content and UX to build winning promotional landing pages
  • Ensure all promotions meet revenue and margin goals with direction from Revenue Management

Business Analytics Manager

We aim to be organization in which every business decision is based on empirical data. Therefore, we are investing heavily in our reporting and analytics capabilities. We are currently seeking an experienced analytics manager to lead this very important part of our business.

The E-commerce Business Analytics Manager will lead the web analytics and marketing analytics strategy for Stealth Travel’s B2C travel retail line of business. This highly visible and extremely critical role will collaborate with senior level stakeholders to understand their reporting objectives, develop processes and platforms to execute on those objectives, and report to executive management on business results.


  • Define and manage web analytics processes, platforms and operations. Evaluate and recommend third party tools, if needed. Work closely with product team on implementation.
  • Deliver web performance insight. Work with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs based on site behavior. Generate customized reports based on those requirements. Create reporting dashboards and alert system.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns (SEM, email, digital advertising, etc…), including thorough modelling of customer acquisition costs, purchase attribution, and lifetime customer value
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reports based on business needs, including writing and running SQL queries.
  • Lead multivariate testing program. Generate and gather test ideas from business stakeholders. Manage testing roadmap. Communicate results to executive management.
  • Keep company on the cutting edge of analytics innovation. Be in tune with the latest analytics industry developments, online behavior and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Master’s a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing analytics for a consumer-facing, retail e-commerce website.
  • Travel industry expertise is strongly preferred.
  • Well-versed with digital media concepts/technicalities (i.e. website, tagging, user, traffic, conversion funnel, digital campaign data, A/B testing, building segmentations, etc).
  • Experience in modeling for retail marketing campaign strategies, including SEM.
  • Expertise in technical implementation of Adobe Analytics.
  • Expertise in SQL, manipulating large data tables, and creating custom queries.
  • Ability to think strategically and compile large amounts of information into powerful, easy-to-use dashboards and reports.

Experienced Full-Stack PHP Engineer

We are looking for an Experienced Full-Stack PHP Engineer to be part of the core team building cutting-edge travel technology from scratch. Our platform is being built in the LAMP stack, using the Symfony2 and Backbone frameworks. As a back-end engineer you will focus on the back-end initially, and eventually get to traverse the stack if you so desire. You will be challenged on a daily basis solving complex problems involving large data sets and multiple external APIs.


  • Ability to build and develop on a LAMP stack
  • Experience developing across back-end and front-end of a LAMP-based system, using various frameworks, including Symfony2, Doctrine 2, and Backbone. Critical to understand ramifications of design spanning front- and back-ends
  • Development of features and functionality that span the entire stack. In some cases, features may only focus on back-end changes, in others back-end and front-end
  • Collaboration with other members of the engineering team in establishing and promoting any architectural design changes across the stack
  • Collaboration with Test and Operations in order to ensure new features are testable
  • Ability and experience in evaluation of third party systems that are being looked at for integration (e.g. map services, accounting systems, analytics systems, etc)

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience developing in a LAMP stack
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in database design and SQL with strong focus on performance
  • Must have a well formed opinion on cache invalidation
  • Experience with MVC frameworks. Experience with Symfony2 a bonus
  • Experience with ORMs and with Doctrine 2 a bonus
  • Familiarity with big data concepts and systems
  • Experience with designing and building large-scale, high-performance, enterprise-class systems and applications
