Responsibilities

  • The Revenue Manager is responsible for improving & maintaining market competitiveness and optimizing revenue with online products and offers.
  • Serve as the revenue analyst, responsible for defining and implementing revenue management strategy for vacation packages, hotel and ancillary offers.
  • Develop revenue management and channel optimization analysis
  • Responsible for facilitating pricing, margin and sort optimization decisions to maximize revenue in key markets.

The Site Merchandising & Promotion Manager develops and implements promotional programs, and seasonal campaigns to support marketing strategies and goals. Business Analytics Manager

We aim to be organization in which every business decision is based on empirical data. Therefore, we are investing heavily in our reporting and analytics capabilities. We are currently seeking an experienced analytics manager to lead this very important part of our business.

The E-commerce Business Analytics Manager will lead the web analytics and marketing analytics strategy for Stealth Travel’s B2C travel retail line of business. This highly visible and extremely critical role will collaborate with senior level stakeholders to understand their reporting objectives, develop processes and platforms to execute on those objectives, and report to executive management on business results.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage web analytics processes, platforms and operations. Evaluate and recommend third party tools, if needed. Work closely with product team on implementation.
  • Deliver web performance insight. Work with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs based on site behavior. Generate customized reports based on those requirements. Create reporting dashboards and alert system.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns (SEM, email, digital advertising, etc…), including thorough modelling of customer acquisition costs, purchase attribution, and lifetime customer value
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reports based on business needs, including writing and running SQL queries.
  • Lead multivariate testing program. Generate and gather test ideas from business stakeholders. Manage testing roadmap. Communicate results to executive management.
  • Keep company on the cutting edge of analytics innovation. Be in tune with the latest analytics industry developments, online behavior and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Master’s a plus.

Experienced Full-Stack PHP Engineer

We are looking for an Experienced Full-Stack PHP Engineer to be part of the core team building cutting-edge travel technology from scratch. Our platform is being built in the LAMP stack, using the Symfony2 and Backbone frameworks. As a back-end engineer you will focus on the back-end initially, and eventually get to traverse the stack if you so desire. You will be challenged on a daily basis solving complex problems involving large data sets and multiple external APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to build and develop on a LAMP stack
  • Experience developing across back-end and front-end of a LAMP-based system, using various frameworks, including Symfony2, Doctrine 2, and Backbone. Critical to understand ramifications of design spanning front- and back-ends
  • Development of features and functionality that span the entire stack. In some cases, features may only focus on back-end changes, in others back-end and front-end
  • Collaboration with other members of the engineering team in establishing and promoting any architectural design changes across the stack
  • Collaboration with Test and Operations in order to ensure new features are testable
  • Ability and experience in evaluation of third party systems that are being looked at for integration (e.g. map services, accounting systems, analytics systems, etc)

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience developing in a LAMP stack
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in database design and SQL with strong focus on performance
  • Must have a well formed opinion on cache invalidation
